Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?
Each Eat Sleep Bark item is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. Our shirts are unisex, so comparing the measurements in the size guide with a T-shirt you already own is the best way to find your preferred fit.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size or color?
Because every item is made specifically for your order, we aren't able to offer exchanges for incorrectly selected sizes or colors. Please double-check your selections before checkout.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or there's a problem with my order?
We'll make it right. Email eatsleepandbark@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We'll review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to make the change or cancel it. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Eat Sleep Bark currently ships within the United States only.

How much is shipping?
Your shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
