Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Eat Sleep Bark order! Because each item is made especially for you when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selection.

Something wrong with your order? We'll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please email eatsleepandbark@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. Once we've reviewed it, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Need a different size?

Since every shirt is made to order, we can't offer free size exchanges. Please check the size guide on the product page carefully before ordering.

Need to cancel or change an order?

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to make the change or cancel the order. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
